How do I access the condo?
The condo is located in a secure gated community. To ensure smooth entry, we require the full names of all guests in your party at least 2 days prior to arrival. Each guest will need to present a valid photo ID to the security guards at the access gate.
Is it safe to travel to Mexico?
Yes. Rosarito is a popular and welcoming coastal destination that safely hosts thousands of Southern California neighbors and international travelers every weekend. Baja Penthouse is located within a private, secure gated community with controlled access and 24/7 guards. We advise exercising standard travel common sense: use the paid toll roads (Cuota) when driving down from the border, stick to well-lit restaurant and beach zones at night, and keep valuables secure.
Does Baja Penthouse have a pool?
Yes. Guests enjoy exclusive access to the resort-style community amenities, which include 3 pools and 3 jacuzzis during their stay.
Are the pools heated?
Yes, the residential pools are heated on a seasonal basis as needed for guest comfort.
How many guests can stay?
Baja Penthouse is strictly designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, offering 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Is the penthouse good for group trips like family trips, friends' weekends, or golf getaways?
Yes. Guests regularly book the penthouse for family trips, friends' getaways, foodie excursions, golf getaways, wine tasting tours, and relaxing beach retreats. The layout is perfectly configured for pool time, group meals, outdoor relaxation, and easy access to coastal highlights.
Are parties allowed?
No. Baja Penthouse maintains a peaceful atmosphere best suited for families and respectful groups wanting a private home base. Parties, large unapproved gatherings, and disruptive noise levels are strictly prohibited.
What is the parking situation?
There is ample secure parking available inside the gated community. Guests may park in any unassigned available space. Please ensure vehicles are parked in approved areas and follow all community guidelines.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not permitted on the property. The owners have severe pet allergies.
Can guests book Baja Penthouse directly?
Yes. You can check real-time availability and book directly through this website using our secure Hospitable booking widget. Direct booking allows you to access our best rates, skipping third-party middleman markup fees while still utilizing secure, professional reservation technology.

Do you do guest verifications?
Important: before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification — please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in.
